Do GISON's products have after-sales service and warranty?
When a product issue arises, please first provide the following regarding our product: the serial number, photos or videos, working environment, and operation method.
If, after assessment, the issue is determined to be a quality or design problem with our product, we will provide a new product replacement or a refund, among other services.
If the problem is caused by normal wear and tear of parts or improper operation, you may purchase replacement parts from us. Due to the high shipping cost in international trade, we do not recommend sending the tool back for repair or replacement. Should you insist on returning it, you must bear the shipping costs yourself.

* No Modifications: The warranty generally applies only to the air tool in its original condition. If the tool has been modified or repaired without authorized service, the warranty may be void.
* Proof of Purchase: The warranty requires users to retain proof of purchase (such as invoices or receipts) as evidence of coverage, used to verify the purchase date and validate that the product is within the warranty period.
Authorized Service Center: The warranty requires users to take faulty or damaged products to the original purchasing dealer for repair. Authorized technicians will perform inspections and repairs to ensure the validity of the warranty.
