What methods does GISON provide for applying a customer's brand logo to the exterior of air tools for OEM orders?
When you choose OEM Branding (Customer's Label), GISON offers the following common methods for branding the exterior of air tools :
1. Stickers / Labels
Suitable for: Flat surface housings (Note: some materials are unsuitable, as the sticker won't adhere).
Pros: Low cost, can print multiple colors and complex designs, easy to replace.
Cons: Requires a large minimum print run (typically over 1,000 sheets), not durable, and can easily peel off due to use or environmental factors.
Note: The cost for printing stickers must be prepaid.
2. Laser Engraving
Suitable for: Metal and some plastic housings.
Pros: Can be done in small batches, fast, and the logo is highly durable (won't peel off).
Cons: Higher unit cost; the color is limited to the material's natural change after lasering, or the color revealed after the exterior paint is removed, and cannot achieve multiple colors.
3. Body Printing / Pad Printing
Pros: Attractive appearance, can print multiple colors and complex designs.
Cons: Requires an additional printing mold fee; requires a large minimum print/pad print quantity (over 1,000 units); not highly durable and can easily wear off from use (especially on grip areas).
Note: The cost for the printing mold and the print quantity must be prepaid.
4. Body Molded Logo (Molding)
Suitable for: Plastic or die-cast metal housings.
Pros: The logo is integrated with the product, requires no extra process, provides high durability, and won't peel off.
Cons: Only suitable for plastic or die-cast metal; high mold development cost; requires a large minimum production run (over 1,000 units), making it unsuitable for small orders. (If the mold has an interchangeable logo position, the logo mold fee is lower; otherwise, the main mold cost is very high.)
Note: The cost for the mold and the housing production quantity must be prepaid.
Recommendation :
The choice of branding method depends on your order quantity, budget, brand positioning, and the required durability of the logo.
We recommend providing us with the product model and your estimated purchase quantity so we can offer you a more precise quotation and specific advice.
